Description
"Bakota" is a remarkable work by Helen Mount in which she recreates the unsurpassed beauty of Ukrainian nature. Created after a trip to western Ukraine in 2021, the painting reflects the deep connection between the artist and the land that gave birth to her. Helen Mount depicts the water and hills of Bakota with a sense of peace and eternity that she finds in natural landscapes. The expressive brushstrokes and vibrant shades of green and blue capture the dynamic yet calm nature of the river, reflecting its capacity for transformation and renewal. This work not only honors the beauty of Ukraine, but also serves as a meditation on the theme of worldview change that Helen Mount explores, showing how a deep appreciation of nature can influence personal transformation.
This painting is an excellent choice for collectors who appreciate not only the visual beauty but also the philosophical depth of artworks that reflect contemporary reflections on nature and humanity.
