Abstract-121, 2021

Nivas Kanhere

Artist Statement:

I am deeply inspired from nature's creation. So I use different colours, shapes, forms, shades which are basic foundation of any natural existence.I precisely look for shades when I paint on canvas to express my feelings and emotions. In my paintings colour is the most beginning factor which I look for. I use light and dark shades of colour. these Colours flow like waves in a sea or fountain in mountains.I observed the different aspects of seasonal changes in my life.I express my feelings and thoughts through my paintings in abstract for.

I prefer to paint my work in mediums such as oil colour or acrylic painting.

Both mediums have their own speciality in painting texture and visualisation.

I try to use these mediums and maximise their purpose of expression through my work.

I try to transport my experience in my paintings with the help of different shapes and abstract concepts.
