Description
Painting by Jean-Philippe Ghiglione (oil on canvas applied with a palette knife) depicting a vibrant ballroom scene in the south of France, bathed in warm red and yellow tones. At the center of the composition, a couple in traditional costume dances elegantly. Their movements are captured with remarkable fluidity, the vivid colors of their costumes blending harmoniously with the fiery background. To the right, a focused and passionate accordion player enlivens the scene with his music, his skilled hands gliding over the instrument. The oil paint, applied with a palette knife, creates a rich and dynamic texture, bringing this festive and warm atmosphere of the south of France to life.
Presentation
The Ghiglione Gallery, fiefdom of Jean-Philippe Ghiglione, painter sculptor, located at the entrance to the village of Biot, was created in 1992, with Laurence Ghiglione, the artist's mother. Their fruitful collaboration has made La Galerie what it is today, a haven of peace where it is good to discover. In this unusual place with a surrealist atmosphere, you will discover many of the artist's creations, in his presence or by appointment, as well as all the works of artists who have shared and exhibited here. Like Heidi MELANO, mosaicist of Fernand Leger, Braque, Chagall ... Pedro Veloso internationally recognized glassmaker and many surprises of artists now deceased or temporary exhibitions of new creators. Meetings and exchange are the heart of this 800 year old stone house. Welcome to discover and acquire the work that will share your life and that of your heirs.
