Description
“Breathe Slowly/15" is an expressive painting by Helen Mount that embodies the essence of her artistic exploration of the importance of slowing down in our fast-paced world. This canvas with sensual transitions from dark sea shades to light sky colors symbolizes calm and meditative silence, immersing the viewer in a state of deep reflection on time and its fluidity.
The painting reveals the theme of breathing as a metaphor for realizing the moment and perceiving the changes that are happening around us. The artist uses smooth, broad brushstrokes to convey a sense of expanding space and time, inviting viewers to stop and “breathe slowly" with the nature she has so skillfully depicted.
