Description
Kat44"Colour Dream" is a captivating oil painting that immediately draws the viewer into a world of serene contemplation and vibrant contrasts. The composition centers around a nude figure, delicately sprawled on the ground in a relaxed, almost dreamlike state. The body is bathed in soft light, highlighting the contours and creating a harmonious interplay of light and shadow. The background is a mesmerizing blend of impressionistic strokes, with a rich palette of reds, oranges, and purples. These colors blend seamlessly, evoking a sense of warmth and tranquility. The ground on which the figure rests appears to be covered in an abstract carpet of autumn leaves, painted with dynamic and textured brushstrokes. This vibrant base contrasts with the cool tones used for the figure, emphasizing its centrality and adding depth to the overall composition. In the background, hints of trees can be discerned, painted with loose, expressive strokes that suggest a forest setting without delineating specific details.
Presentation
Oleg Kateryniuk was born in 1969 in Ukraine.. has made a successful career as a graphic designer.. But, over the years we become more sensitive to people, to nature, to the environment, to everything around us. So something happened, noticed, interested you and sits in you, with its emotions, feelings, its truth and philosophy.. no-no, it does not bother you, just sometimes, as if talking to you, tells your story, pulls your strings souls, and are forced to flee in search of something new, still unnoticed, and very, as it seems at this time, so necessary.. and not only you.. And in such moments you take a pencil, brushes and everything at hand.. and you draw.. being left alone with canvas or paper and your thoughts..
