Description
Klish 20
"Spring Morning" by Andriy Klishyn captures the quiet awakening of nature as the first light of day spreads across the sky. The deep, layered blues in the upper part of the painting gradually soften into delicate hues near the horizon, symbolizing the shift from night to day, from cold to warmth. The dark, textured foreground, punctuated by sparse trees, represents the remnants of winter, still holding onto the land before spring fully takes over. The trees, painted with expressive strokes, seem to reach toward the light, embodying renewal, growth, and the resilience of nature. Klishyn's use of rich contrasts between the cool sky and the earthy landscape evokes a sense of anticipation, as if the viewer is witnessing the very moment when the world begins to stir from its slumber.Through "Spring Morning," the artist invites us to embrace change and the promise of new beginnings, reminding us that even the darkest landscapes eventually give way to light and life.
Presentation
Born on February 27, 1958 in the city of Kirovabad, Republic of Azerbaijan. Almost immediately after birth he moved to Eastern Kazakhstan, to the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. Lived there for 15 years, graduated from school and grew up. In 1975 he moved to Crimea, and in 1978 he settled in eastern Ukraine, in the city of Gorlovka. He graduated from the Technical and Economic Institute and worked as an engineer, teacher, and then in the field of insurance, finance and banking. Since May 2014, a forced migrant has been living in Kyiv.
The artist about himself:
“As a professional artist, I started my career late, at 61 years old. But it is possible that this was what should have happened. Everything has its time. Rich life experiences have become the source of my creativity. My art is ambiguous and unlike any other, probably because “I paint with my heart." Sometimes I use an intuitive drawing, namely: not from life or from a photograph, but only what suits the subconscious, soul, heart.
Most importantly and completely unexpectedly for me, after a series of works I began to understand where my images come from... I think that I or my essence saw them in our past or future life.
Despite my little experience, I already have more than two hundred paintings, about forty of them have found “their home" in private collections and museums."
The paintings are in the Lutsk Art Museum, in the Korsakov Family Museum of Contemporary Art.
