Description
In this painting, I immerse myself in the atmosphere of Courchevel—a place where glamour meets nature, and classic chic is wrapped in the crisp air of the French Alps. I wanted to convey an elegant winter landscape, a feeling—an après-ski moment filled with pure indulgence.
The composition blends pop art, modern aesthetics, and touches of retro and vintage style, evoking memories of the golden era of Alpine luxury. The contrast of black and white with deep red accents reflects my artistic language—bold yet refined, minimalist yet rich in emotion. Through linear art, I emphasize the purity of form, allowing the viewer to feel the freshness of the snowy hills, the depth of the winter forest, and the warmth of a glass of wine or the chill of champagne, adding subtle still life elements to the composition.
The wine glasses, pristine snow, secluded chalets, and crimson sun tell a story of the intoxicating allure of the winter Alps.
