Description
Klish 53
Andriy Klishyn's painting "Magic Meadow" captures the enchanting beauty of nature, blending realism with a touch of dreamlike wonder. The rolling green hills, rich with texture and depth, create a sense of tranquility and harmony, while the foreground is filled with tall grasses and delicate wildflowers, their golden and white hues standing out against the lush greenery. The most striking element of the painting is the sky, where soft, pastel pink clouds float gently across a pale blue canvas. Their unusual coloring adds an ethereal, almost mystical quality to the scene, suggesting that this is not just an ordinary meadow but a place touched by magic, where nature and imagination merge.Through this work, Klishyn invites viewers to step into a serene yet surreal landscape, where beauty is heightened, and reality feels just a little more enchanting. The painting evokes a sense of peace, nostalgia, and wonder, reminding us of the quiet magic found in the natural world if we only take the time to notice.
Presentation
Born on February 27, 1958 in the city of Kirovabad, Republic of Azerbaijan. Almost immediately after birth he moved to Eastern Kazakhstan, to the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. He graduated from the Technical and Economic Institute and worked as an engineer, teacher, and then in the field of insurance, finance and banking. Since May 2014, a forced migrant has been living in Kyiv.
The artist about himself:
“As a professional artist, I started my career late, at 61 years old. But it is possible that this was what should have happened. Everything has its time. Rich life experiences have become the source of my creativity. My art is ambiguous and unlike any other, probably because “I paint with my heart." Sometimes I use an intuitive drawing, namely: not from life or from a photograph, but only what suits the subconscious, soul, heart.
Most importantly and completely unexpectedly for me, after a series of works I began to understand where my images come from... I think that I or my essence saw them in our past or future life.
Despite my little experience, I already have more than two hundred paintings, about forty of them have found “their home" in private collections and museums."
The paintings are in the Lutsk Art Museum, in the Korsakov Family Museum of Contemporary Art.
