Description
This painting presents a fascinating contrast between human and animal. On the left, a woman's face with expressive features, framed by wavy black hair, draws the eye with her vibrant red lips. On the right, a majestic white tiger with finely detailed fur juxtaposes its wild power with human gentleness. The vibrant turquoise background, splashed with bright pink touches and paint drips, gives the work a dynamic, contemporary energy. The artist skillfully plays with textures and colors, creating a harmonious tension between natural brutality and human beauty. The modern, almost graffiti-like style is distinguished by bold choices that instantly captivate and intrigue the viewer. This original work appeals with its striking juxtaposition and striking aesthetic.
Presentation
Amélie Béral is a young artist from Montpellier. A self-taught artist, she specializes in animal painting, a genre she has been particularly fond of since childhood, when she already aspired to bring her creations to life. The animal cause plays an important role in her work.
Amélie Béral tends to illustrate both the fragility and the strength of these subjects, giving particular importance to emotions and the truth of expression, because in her opinion: the gaze never lies.
In 2019, she took part in her 1st group exhibition in Sommière. Today, she regularly exhibits at art fairs and events across France - Nîmes, Lyon, Paris and in her native region between Montpellier and Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
