Some Of These Times 1., 2025

Petr Strnad   Emerging artists

'Some Of These Times 1.' is a captivating mixed media work on paper that fuses abstract grunge aesthetics with expressive storytelling. Through an intricate collage of acrylic paint and deliberate perforations, the piece conveys raw emotion and layered meaning. The interplay of textures creates a dynamic visual rhythm, encouraging viewers to explore both the physical surface and the intangible narrative beneath it. Each layer reveals traces of vulnerability and resilience, inviting personal interpretation and reflection. To safeguard its tactile depth and intricate details, the work is sealed with a transparent semi-gloss finish, offering protection while subtly enhancing its longevity and luminosity.

Unframed. Titled and signed on the back.

As an abstract artist, I use perspective and geometric shapes to deconstruct scenes and reconstruct them into a personal visual language. My work combines forms, colors, patterns, textures, and materials to create visually rich and meaningful objects. I aim to produce art that is more suggestive than informative, leaving space for viewers to engage their imagination and interpret the work in their own way.
