Description
This captivating work stands out for its bold use of warm colors, such as burnt orange and earthy brown, which create a mysterious and enchanting atmosphere. The sketched faces, barely discernible, are harmoniously layered, evoking a sense of anonymity and multiplicity.
A central horizontal band, reminiscent of a torn newspaper collage, splits the image, adding a dynamic and intriguing texture. This contrast between abstraction and suggestion creates a captivating visual tension. The delicate, fluid lines that define the facial features infuse the piece with an ethereal and poetic dimension.
The work explores themes of identity and collective memory, inviting the viewer into a deep introspection. With its complexity and masterful execution, this piece asserts a singular and unforgettable artistic voice.
Presentation
Anne Bironneau works and resides in Rhône-Alpes'region. Since 2006 after having followed a professional training Martenot she dedicates herself to her art.
After a few years of figuration, finding the creative process more interesting to study than the representation of reality, she oriented her approach by favouring instinct. Watercolour brings spontaneity, gestures and demands.
She is member of the French Watercolour Society.
