Véronique Egloff

Véronique Egloff is a self-taught French visual artist born in 1962 in Paris. After living in
various regions, she currently lives and works in Brittany. A graduate of a top business school with
a specialization in marketing and advertising, she first undertakes various missions at an advertising agency, then quits everything and reorients towards art 26 years ago.

For this multifaceted artist, everything is an pretext for détournement, circumvention, reversal, no matter the
medium. She creates images populated by strong forms. She favors powerful colors to stimulate our
emotions anemic by lives often too hectic or too dull. She composes between abstraction and
figuration, to remind us that life always expresses itself in a polyglot way between these two continents
of interpretation. She proceeds in series that she aligns like comic book panels that will come one after another to tell us global stories.
