Description
This painting captures a suspended moment at the edge of a swimming pool: two swimmers, wearing red caps and dark goggles, rest on the edge, their arms immersed in the light. The vast expanse of bluish water—soft, misty, almost abstract—occupies most of the canvas, creating an atmosphere of absolute calm.
The choice of framing, which places the swimmers at the very edge of the painting, amplifies the sensation of immersion and aquatic silence. The work subtly plays between figuration and simplification, true to Ana Patitu's sensibility: scenes of everyday life transformed into poetic, almost meditative fragments.
The pastel palette, the tension between emptiness and human presence, and the almost photographic softness of the light make it an ideal piece for a contemporary, bright and peaceful interior.
Canvas designed to be stretched on an 80 × 130 cm frame.
Shipped rolled up, in order to reduce the risk of damage and transport costs.
Signed and dated on the back by the artist.

Presentation
Ana Patitú was born in Argentin and lives since 2016 in Barcelona.
