In "Turns green" by Valery Savenets, the artist portrays a peaceful village scene dominated by the silhouette of a church rising amidst the trees. The painting focuses on the balance between nature and spirituality, with the trees in the foreground framing the church steeple in the background. The barren trees suggest the end of winter or early spring, a time of renewal and hope, aligning with the church's symbolism of faith and guidance. Savenets uses delicate, earthy tones to create a sense of harmony and tranquility, while the detailed textures of the trees reflect the closeness of nature to the village's daily life. The church, with its golden dome, adds a spiritual dimension to the rural landscape, evoking a serene connection between the land, its people, and their faith. This work seems to express the quiet strength and resilience found in both the natural environment and the community it supports.
