Original painting from our collection
This artwork captures a vivid landscape where nature's tranquility meets dynamic brushwork. The scene presents a serene river reflecting the vibrant hues of a sunlit sky, dominated by dramatic clouds that convey both movement and depth. Autumnal foliage cloaks the rolling hills in rich oranges and golds, contrasting sharply against the clear blue of the sky. In the mid-ground, figures interact with the gentle waters, adding a narrative element to the tranquil setting. The artist's use of bold, expressive strokes and a vibrant palette creates a sense of immediacy and vitality. This painting stands out for its ability to evoke both peace and energy, capturing a fleeting moment in nature with both precision and emotion. The interplay of light and shadow, combined with the vivid color spectrum, demonstrates mastery in capturing atmospheric conditions.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
