Original painting from our collection
This vibrant composition celebrates the abundance of the harvest through a bold, expressionist lens. The scene unfolds across a patterned red cloth, where nature meets domesticity. Thick brushstrokes create a tactile energy. Golden ears of corn dominate the upper half, their husks peeling back in sweeping arcs of green and yellow.
The arrangement is a dense tapestry of color and form. Deep blue berries spill from a rustic bowl, contrasting with the warm tones of scattered plums and apples. A decorative ceramic vase stands as a central anchor, featuring intricate geometric patterns that suggest a rich cultural heritage.
The artist employs a vivid palette to evoke a sense of generosity and warmth. Light dances across the surfaces, defining the roundness of the fruit and the rough texture of the corn. Every stroke feels intentional and spirited. This artwork transforms a simple still life into a rhythmic exploration of light and organic shape. The composition is balanced yet dynamic, guiding the eye from the cool blues of the foreground to the luminous yellows of the background. The final effect is one of rustic elegance and timeless vitality.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
