Original painting from our collection
This artwork captures a serene landscape scene characterized by its expressive brushwork and vibrant color palette. The foreground showcases two figures standing by a tranquil body of water, engaging with the expansive scenery. The lush green grass, interspersed with scattered rocks, contrasts sharply with the deep blues and whites of the water and sky. Tall trees on the left frame the composition, their leaves rendered in autumnal hues. Wispy clouds stretch across the canvas, reflecting softly on the water's surface, suggesting a gentle breeze. The artist's use of light and shadow creates depth and movement, drawing the viewer into the peaceful ambiance. This piece uniquely blends realism with impressionistic techniques, evoking a sense of timeless contemplation.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
