Description
This is a painting from my personal collection. In this metaphysical work, I sought to capture the raw energy and intense emotion of humanity's transition to a new era. Using oil paint for its rich color and layering possibilities, I favored a semi-abstract expressionist style to envelop the viewer in a halo of radiant light, symbolizing hope and rebirth. The fiery tones of the sky contrast with the darker silhouette of the crowd suggested at the bottom of the canvas, reflecting the duality between uncertainty and the promise of a new beginning. A painting flooded with light and hope at the radiant dawn of a new day that only our decisions and actions can make possible. This unique painting, which required considerable work, is more than just an image; it is a call to feel and reflect on our future, for which we must continually act.
Presentation
A professional artist since 1995, Eric Winzenried lives in western France. Passionate about landscapes, both real and imagined, he has made them the heart of his work. His exploration of color and synthesis has naturally led him to contemporary landscape painting, while maintaining a high standard of quality in his creations. His series are resolutely abstract, where contemplation and aesthetics take center stage. For him, landscape is much more than a subject: it is a space of freedom where color becomes a language. Convinced of the influence of color on the body and mind, he crafts creations imbued with harmony, offering a unique visual and emotional experience.
