Original painting from our collection
This artwork captures a striking still life composition where nature's bounty takes center stage. Dominating the scene is a large, textured mushroom, its earthy tones juxtaposed against a soft background, creating a compelling contrast. In the foreground, vibrant clusters of red berries scatter across the surface, their bright pigmentation offering a vivid focal point. Complementing these elements, a smaller mushroom and a single apple add depth and balance to the composition. The artist's dynamic brushwork and adept use of light evoke a sense of movement, despite the still life form. The palette, rich with warm and cool hues, enhances the tactile quality of the objects, imbuing them with realism and life. This painting is a masterful exploration of color and texture, celebrating the often-overlooked beauty of natural produce.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
