Valeria Ocean is a contemporary marine artist born in Russia and currently based in Belgrade, Serbia. Her work is rooted in a deep fascination with water and the emotional worlds reflected in its movement. Through atmospheric seascapes and close studies of light, color and flow, she explores how shifting tides mirror the fluidity of human feeling.
Valeria paints the ocean as both an external and an internal landscape. Her practice focuses on the subtle transitions between calmness and intensity, stillness and motion, clarity and depth.
