Oleksandr Cherednichenko  

Oleksandr Cherednichenko is a distinguished Ukrainian painter, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, and an Honored Artist of Ukraine. He was born on February 26, 1958, in Lozova, Kharkiv region. In 2004, he received the honorary title of Honored Artist of Ukraine in recognition of his significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian art, outstanding creative achievements, and exceptional professional mastery.

Cherednichenko demonstrated a strong artistic talent from an early age and devoted his life to painting His artistic development was guided by prominent Ukrainian masters, including V. Lapin, B. Kosarev, and O. Martynets. This rigorous academic training provided him with an excellent command of drawing, composition, color, and monumental form.

Throughout his career, Cherednichenko has worked in both easel and monumental painting. In 2006, he received the Mykola Makarenko Prize of the Sumy Community in Kyiv. These distinctions, together with the honorary title of Honored Artist of Ukraine, confirm his important position with in contemporary Ukrainian art.
