Description
The magnetic gaze of a woman dominates the center of this composition. The face, of a luminous paleness, stands out strongly against a textured background. Shades of deep blue intertwine with golden and earthy touches.
The work of the material brings a tangible relief to the canvas. The brushstrokes are bold and deliberate. They sculpt the contours of the face while leaving room for abstraction on the edges.
