Description
Shul72
Oil painting Breakfast on the grass Tatyana Shulyak is an expressive modern still life that transforms an ordinary outdoor meal into a bold study of color, shape, and rhythm. The composition is built from simplified objects, folded fabrics, tableware, and surrounding landscape elements, arranged in a dynamic semi-abstract structure. Shulyak demonstrates impressive artistic mastery through confident brushwork, textured paint application, and a sophisticated balance of geometric and organic forms. Soft blue, terracotta, ochre, green, cream, and deep navy tones interact with subtle contrasts, creating a harmonious yet energetic visual field. The artist skillfully combines recognizable everyday objects with abstraction, allowing color and composition to become as important as the subject itself. Layered surfaces and expressive edges give the painting depth, movement, and a distinctive contemporary character. This original oil painting is an excellent choice for collectors of modern still life, abstract realism, colorful decorative art, contemporary painting, expressive interiors, and distinctive fine art.
Presentation
Tatyana Shulyak was born in Donetsk, but spent her entire life in the city of Kremenchug. She studied at an art school, then graduated from the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg with a degree in art history. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Currently he works at the Kremenchug Children's Art School, where he teaches art history. Participates in all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions.
Good basic training and active creative activity (participation in many international exhibitions) formed the creative personality and original style of the artist Tatyana Shulyak - a modern interpretation of the Art Nouveau style. She boldly combines bright colors and creates contrasting combinations. The artist's works leave an impression of completeness and thoughtfulness, a joyful aftertaste of a celebration of life, color and movement. It is interesting that Tatyana Shulyak chooses her own dominant color scheme for each work, sometimes enhancing the sound of color, and sometimes dividing it into many additional shades, which, together with careful strokes, become a kind of mosaic.
