Description
Shul63
Oil painting Still life with a violet Tatyana Shulyak is a refined and intimate composition that reveals the artist's exceptional sense of harmony, color, and atmosphere. Centered on a blooming violet with rich green leaves, the painting is complemented by a translucent glass vessel and a softly rendered pear, creating a balanced still life filled with quiet elegance. Shulyak's artistic mastery is evident in the confident brushwork, subtle tonal transitions, and the sophisticated dialogue of turquoise, emerald, lavender, and golden hues. The artist skillfully captures the freshness of the flower, the gentle sheen of glass, and the decorative beauty of everyday objects, transforming a simple interior scene into a poetic visual statement. The composition feels both calm and vibrant, with each form carefully arranged to guide the viewer's eye across the canvas. This original oil painting is an excellent choice for collectors of floral still life, expressive interior art, and contemporary fine painting, bringing charm, color, and artistic depth to any home or gallery space.
Presentation
Tatyana Shulyak was born in Donetsk, but spent her entire life in the city of Kremenchug. She studied at an art school, then graduated from the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg with a degree in art history. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Currently he works at the Kremenchug Children's Art School, where he teaches art history. Participates in all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions.
Good basic training and active creative activity (participation in many international exhibitions) formed the creative personality and original style of the artist Tatyana Shulyak - a modern interpretation of the Art Nouveau style. She boldly combines bright colors and creates contrasting combinations. The artist's works leave an impression of completeness and thoughtfulness, a joyful aftertaste of a celebration of life, color and movement. It is interesting that Tatyana Shulyak chooses her own dominant color scheme for each work, sometimes enhancing the sound of color, and sometimes dividing it into many additional shades, which, together with careful strokes, become a kind of mosaic.
