Description
The painting depicts Christ and Mary. Christ has walked a grueling path, and the artist attempts to capture the full weight of his suffering before the execution. For a fleeting moment, Mary clings to his tormented body. Both figures freeze, communicating through almost imperceptible gestures, while Mary's voice remains unheard. The core idea is to portray a past that stretches into an infinite future, reflecting on the very essence of human nature. The color palette of this tragic moment helps reveal the theme of humanity's eternal existence.
