Yuriy Lyamin

Yuriy Lyamin (born November 24, 1954, in Rostock, Germany) is a professional painter working in the tradition of Realism. He received his early artistic training at the P.P. Benkov Art School in Kharkiv and later graduated from the prestigious Ilya Repin Academy in St. Petersburg, where he specialized in painting and fine arts education.

Lyamin has been actively exhibiting since 1974, participating in numerous national and international exhibitions, including Artexpo in the United States and exhibitions across Europe. His work has also been featured in auctions at Christie’s in London.

Working across genres such as portraiture, figurative art, landscape, animal studies, and still life, Lyamin’s paintings are held in private collections in Germany, France, Spain, the USA, Israel, Greece, and Russia.
