Presentation
Yoyo Ich began his artistic career at the Beaux Arts in Avignon then at the Decorative Arts in Nice from which he graduated. For many years, it has been the magic of trompe-l'oeil that has fascinated him: creating illusion!
“Behind his facetious pseudonym hides a strange bird. A tightrope walker of the visible, a lunar character, balancing on the thread stretched between reality and the mental space of abstraction. His backgrounds, designed as abstract compositions, live on first of all their life in an autonomous way. Until the day when a particle of reality comes to rest. " Carina Istre, journalist.
