Description
This abstract artwork is distinguished by its bold use of color and texture. Thick black lines create a striking contrast against a background of horizontal bands in shades of green, yellow, and red. The patterns appear chaotic, yet reveal an underlying harmony that guides the viewer's eye through the composition. Sandra Bédu has always loved drawing, painting, and playing with colors and shapes. She dreams of becoming a painter.
She continued her artistic explorations later at the Rouen School of Fine Arts where she obtained a diploma in 1989.
After a long hiatus from her artistic practice, for several reasons, she resumed it in 2017. She has been a member of an artists' collective near Rouen in Normandy since 2018 and exhibits regularly, notably in Veules-les-Roses, Paris…
