Description
From the series Mareas. Cyanotype on 300 gr cotton paper . Image size: 45 cm Dm . Frame size: 78.7 H x 78.7 W x 5 D cm. Unique
The title of each piece corresponds to the geographical coordinates of the place where the pieces were made. The last number indicates the number of waves the paper received. The piece is protected in an acid-free PH-neutral glassine paper envelope, archival quality.
This artwork presents a mesmerizing circular composition, captivating through its dynamic interplay of textures and colors. A profound black background serves as a stark contrast to the ethereal explosion of blues and whites at the center, which resemble cosmic phenomena or underwater currents. The vivid hues seem to radiate energy, creating a visual vortex that draws the viewer into its depth. The intricate layering and splattering techniques add a tactile dimension, inviting closer inspection. Encased in a sleek white frame, the piece is both modern and timeless, balancing chaos with tranquility. Its abstract nature allows for diverse interpretations, making it a thought-provoking addition to contemporary collections.
