Description
Alfie Bowen has wonderfully captured the vivid details of this beautiful creatures long, sensitive whiskers and alert, pointed ears which bring such life and depth to the image. The intricate patterns of the leopard's spots stand out vividly, juxtaposed with its smooth coat and the rocky texture beneath its paws. The leopard's posture, with its head bowed and eyes focused downward, conveys a sense of intense focus and predatory elegance. Trees are the leopards playground and they can often be seen stashing prey reserves high up in their branches then returning to them later.
Presentation
Alfie Bowen began photographing for the first time in 2014 due to his interest in life in our natural world.
He was tired of seeing little to do about the situation in front of many species around the world and so he decided to use his love of photography to educate the public. Alfie says, "People tend to worry more about the things they love, I hope people will fall in love with our natural world so we can save them before it's too late. We share planet Earth with many other species and it is our responsibility to care for them and ensure that they thrive for future generations.

The year 2017 saw his first personal exhibition hours Bowen's work is not only a beautiful representation of our natural world, but also a solid investment: the value of his work continues to grow.
