Description

Dark blue motion surrounds a glowing band of golden light. This experimental fine art photograph explores perception through long exposure, deliberate camera movement, and bold color relationships. Deep navy, petrol blue, charcoal gray, and luminous amber stretch into layered horizontal forms, creating a composition that feels both fast and suspended in time.

The work belongs to a series in which ordinary moments are transformed into abstract visual narratives. Instead of fixing reality into a clear record, the photographer allows movement to dissolve familiar forms and reveal new structures. Technique and intuition meet within the image, producing fluid transitions, shadowed depth, and a cinematic sense of travel through an undefined space.

The restrained composition is particularly effective in modern and minimalist interiors, where its dark palette can provide depth while the golden section introduces warmth. It is well suited to a living room, private office, design studio, hotel suite, media room, or contemporary corporate environment. As a gift, it is ideal for collectors, photographers, architects, and people drawn to experimental visual language.

Presentation

Inna Leonova is a contemporary artist and photographer. She graduated from the Institute of Visual Arts with a Master of Visual Arts degree.

In 2025–2026, her work was featured in the Pulse of the City exhibition in Volgograd, organized by the Faculty Media School network, and she participated in several national open calls. In 2026, she won the Art with Atmosphere competition. Her upcoming projects include a solo exhibition with The Gallerist project and a publication in Art-Agent magazine.

Inna works at the intersection of architectural geometry and the fluidity of nature, creating urban and landscape images that blur the boundary between documentation and perception. Drawing on visual languages associated with long exposure, optical distortion, double exposure, color dissonance, and abstraction, she transforms familiar places into meditative spaces where reality appears fluid and constantly shifting.

Rather than recording a landscape as it is, Inna Leonova explores how it changes through the act of looking. Her works invite slow observation, encouraging viewers to notice subtle shifts of color, rhythm, and form that often remain invisible in everyday life. She is currently developing a new series of figurative abstractions that continues her exploration of perception, atmosphere, and the emotional relationship between people and place.
