The artist uses vivid contrast of color to add an extra dimension in the movement and shadows of each piece. Almost giving a glimpse, outside of the nostalgia, of his -black & whites- and sepias. Evoking a sense of freedom and liberation.

This striking black and white photograph captures a close-up, tactile encounter between human skin and nature. Dominated by rugged, hairy arms and supple muscle contours, the image conveys raw, primal masculinity. The hand firmly grasps long, dry palm fronds with an assertive grip, suggesting a deep, inherent connection with the earth. The stark contrast of textures—coarse body hair against the smooth strands of palm—underscores a symbiotic relationship between man and nature. The absence of color enhances the visual impact, allowing the viewer to focus on the interplay of light and shadow that highlights every sinew and fiber. This artwork evokes themes of strength, resilience, and harmony with the natural world, inviting contemplation of humanity's fundamental ties to its environment. It is a powerful representation of elemental unity.
