Yello, 000 by Mikael Kenta From the "Iconic" Series. Archival Pigment Print with a 1.57-inch white border. Edition of 10 + 1AP Unframed.

This striking artwork captures a solitary figure perched on the edge of a sun-kissed rooftop, the warm hues of the building echoing the rich, earthy tones of the surrounding architecture. The man, wearing patterned shorts and yellow shoes, is depicted against the backdrop of a historic, sunlit village. His relaxed posture adds a sense of calm and introspection, inviting viewers to ponder the narrative behind his contemplative gaze. The textured walls and simple wooden door provide a rustic charm, highlighting the cultural essence and timelessness of the setting. This composition is a harmonious blend of human presence and architectural elegance, evoking a sense of wonder and a connection to the place's heritage. The vivid contrast between the man's attire and the muted background creates a focal point, making this piece both visually captivating and thought-provoking.

The “Iconic” series was presented as part of the exhibition “Walk of Inspiration” showed in Stockholm in 2016. These vibrant unique color images are an homage to the “kitsch pop surrealism".
