Description
This is a Giclée print of my original painting titled “Amore Vino", meticulously crafted to preserve the vibrant details and emotional essence of the work. The original painting is also available for sale.
In this work, I sought to capture the raw intimacy of a sensual moment shared between a man and a woman. By combining the dynamic aesthetics of pop art with the allure of erotic art, the composition achieves a balance that is both provocative and elegant.
Against a stark black backdrop, the minimalist design highlights every detail—the gentle curve of the woman's chest, the sensual act of eating, and the timeless elegance of the scene. This play of contrasts evokes the refinement characteristic of retro and vintage styles.
At the heart of the composition is a portrait of a beautiful nude blonde woman, her eyes hidden by a bold red blindfold, symbolizing trust. Her red lips tell a story of passion as she savors Italian pasta. A glass of red wine, bearing a delicate lipstick imprint left by my own lips, adds a personal touch of charm and intimacy. The man's hand, pouring the wine, introduces a subtle yet powerful dynamic, suggesting the romantic connection between man and woman.
This work transcends mere sensuality; it is a celebration of love, indulgence and the deep bonds that unite us.
Presentation
Kristina Mallen, a painter with a background in oil and acrylic mediums.
Her recognisable style infuses the sophistication of Art Deco, the pop of Pop Art with a dominant focus on the female figure, manifesting elegance and eroticism. Her work exudes the extravagance, classical chic, and charm of women, striking a balance between provocation and the sublime.
