Alain Mimouni   Emerging artists

Alain Mimouni continues to expand his presence in the international art market with his latest series of 3D pop sculptures and custom commissions, recently exhibited in Paris and Tel Aviv. His innovative fusion of sculpture and painting has made him a sought-after name among collectors seeking bold, contemporary artworks with a personal touch.

A graduate of IPEDEC (Paris’s School of Decorative Painting), Mimouni began his career specializing in trompe-l’œil and optical illusion. He has since developed a distinctive mixed-media style using rich materials—acrylic, oil, gold, aluminum, and matte finishes—to create textured, three-dimensional relief paintings that blur the boundary between painting and sculpture.

Recognized for his vivid color palettes and symbolic depth, Mimouni’s work draws from Jewish heritage, pop culture, comics, American sports, and spirituality. His art often incorporates blessings and sacred symbols, making each piece both visually impactful and emotionally resonant.

Positioned between Pop Art and Street Art, Mimouni’s work introduces a fresh, dynamic aesthetic to the contemporary scene. He is also known for his bespoke commissions, adapting his art to suit a wide variety of clients—lawyers, musicians, restaurateurs, dentists, and collectors. From guitars and motorbike helmets to apples and skateboards, his sculptures reflect both artistic identity and client individuality.

Alain Mimouni’s ability to merge personal storytelling with vibrant, sculptural expression makes his work especially appealing to collectors in search of meaningful, modern art with global appeal.
