Marc De Corte's images are born from a quest for beauty, and because they must come from his heart.

• What makes bronze statues unique and so sought after by art lovers is the movement they exude. Marc De Corte likes to draw inspiration from modern dance, but there is also a very strong Art Nouveau influence. The result is graceful images with balance as the main theme.

• In addition to a classical and more romantic language, Marc De Corte does not shy away from modern issues: his works are characterized by distance and the desire for contact in a pandemic context, the independence and strength of women, the search for one's own identity in relationships with others and maintaining mental balance as one of the main challenges for each individual strongly questioned in our society today.
