Art is idea, evolution and identity. The rest is emotion, sensitivity, craft, technique, ingenuity, technology and skill.

Miguel Guía is a sculptor and painter born in Madrid in 1960, whose work has established itself as a reference in contemporary art. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his innovative sculptural approach, combining tradition and modernity to create works that have been exhibited in prestigious galleries and international art fairs. His work has been awarded on several occasions, highlighting his participation in renowned exhibitions in Madrid, New York, Frankfurt and Valencia. In addition, its influence has transcended the physical sphere, becoming a benchmark within the digital art market, where it has achieved a strong presence and demand among collectors and art lovers. His ability to transform classical materials into contemporary expressions has earned him critical recognition and a prominent place in 21st-century sculptural art. His work, internationally recognized, fuses classicism and avant-garde, creating sculptures with a unique expressive charge and a technique that plays with voids and shapes to reveal the essence of the figure represented. His artistic proposal, "ArtEssence", redefines the balance between form and space, inviting the viewer to interact with the work through their perception. A clear example of this vision is his sculpture "Essence of Male Youth", where the fragmentation of the figure and the fluidity of the void generate a visual game that highlights the essence of movement and emotion. In this work, Guía manages to capture the dynamics of the form without losing the harmony of the whole, which makes it a representative piece of his artistic concept.

Throughout his career, Miguel Guía has experimented with cubism and realism, exploring the power of abstraction and geometry without losing the human essence in his creations. Influenced by great masters such as Pablo Picasso, Eduardo Chillida, Oteiza, Salvador Dalí, Jacques Lipchitz and Alexander Archipenko, his work maintains a constant dialogue between tradition and innovation. His exploration of Cubism has resulted in the creation of pieces with a fragmented structure and sharp angles, while his focus on realism has resulted in works that capture the serenity and dynamism of the human figure with unmatched precision.

His bronze sculptures have captivated collectors and galleries around the world. His meticulous technique and artistic vision have made his work a benchmark for contemporary art, with pieces that evoke depth, movement and an unmistakable style. In addition  to sculpture, Guía has worked in painting, developing a visual language that complements her sculptural exploration and allows her to capture her vision of art from another perspective.

His work has been widely recognized on digital platforms and international marketplaces, becoming a reference artist in the world of online art. Thanks to his innovation and constant evolution, Miguel Guía continues to consolidate himself as one of the most influential voices in contemporary art, with a work that continues to redefine the limits of perception and interaction with space.
