This sculpture humorously and elegantly reinterprets the world of inflatable toys, transforming it into a refined contemporary work of art. Finished in a chrome mirror, this rounded rabbit immediately evokes the famous balloon sculptures, yet distinguishes itself with an unexpected detail: a dart embedded in one of its ears.

This simple gesture profoundly transforms the interpretation of the work. The childlike and playful figure is suddenly confronted with an idea of fragility, vulnerability, or disillusionment. The polished mirror captures the environment and the viewer, making each an actor in this silent scene where innocence seems to have been touched, without, however, disappearing.

Between pop art and contemporary art, the sculpture plays on contrasts: visual lightness and symbolic impact, humor and melancholy, perfection of surfaces and violence of gesture. Its metallic sheen reinforces its sculptural presence, while the black and gold dart creates a point of tension that immediately draws the eye.

A work that is both seductive and provocative, subtly questioning our dreams, our wounds, and the fragility hidden behind the most brilliant appearances.
