Description
Pop Art aesthetics takes over watchmaking here to détourn the codes. This steel sculpture transforms an object of precision into a monumental totem. The structure plays on a marked contrast between the rigidity of the metal and the fluidity of the curves.
A deep, brilliant red envelops the entire piece. This saturated color accentuates the relief and highlights the complexity of the apparent mechanism.
The work on void and full creates a visual depth. The eye travels through the stylized gears and technical details to discover the internal structure.
This piece is part of a rarity approach. The artist deliberately limits their production to guarantee the exclusivity of each creation.
The mirror finish captures the light and redraws the contours of the object according to the viewpoint. The rigorous assembly of the steel ensures perfect stability to the whole.
The work ends with sharp graphic details on the edges, recalling the lines of a metal bracelet.

Jean-François Piecourt is a contemporary French sculptor, originally from Orléans. Born 39 years ago, he evolved as a graphic designer from a young age, his passion for art, architecture and the automotive world, he offers you today his works with a technique that allows him to move from graphics to the third dimension, he quickly established himself as an artist in the world of metal sculpture, shaping works that combine technicality, creativity, and passion.
Specializing in sculptures of cars, busts, and animals, Jean-François often draws inspiration from symbols of power and elegance. Among his most iconic creations is a sculpture inspired by the legendary 911, embodying both the precision of automotive engineering and artistic freedom. His metal bull, a symbol of strength and resilience, has also captured the attention of art lovers.
Committed to exclusivity and authenticity, Jean-François Piecourt plans to produce limited editions of his works. Each model is produced in five copies per color, with the ambition of creating a unique version for each model, thus making certain pieces particularly rare and prized by collectors.
