Glossy acrylic glass & inkjet print

This minimalist sculpture explores the delicate intersection of light and matter. Paul Gallaud manipulates acrylic and glass to create a translucent volume. The geometry remains pure. Sharp edges define a precise cubic form. Within this structure, a soft gradient of color emerges. Hues of pale blue and warm pink bleed into one another. The effect suggests a quiet internal glow. Light penetrates the material and bends through its thickness. This optical play creates a sense of depth and suspension. The artwork rests on a subtle contrast between transparency and solid opacity. A warm tone anchors the rear of the piece. It balances the airy quality of the frontal glass. Every surface reflects the surroundings with clinical clarity. This tension between weight and lightness defines the aesthetic. The composition invites a meditative gaze. It focuses on the purity of the medium and the behavior of natural light. The piece remains a study in atmospheric subtraction and chromatic softness. It culminates in a seamless merge of synthetic materials and ethereal color.
