    I wanted to represent the skinning by a representation of bird feathers.

    There are in this work synthetic feathers but also feathers of a rooster belonging to me and one of my hens.

    They are glued on a fabric creation sheet and then glued on a canvas.

Born in 1979, Muriel Deumie is a French painter. Inspired by abstract art, the shimmering and vivid colors and patterns represented in her works unquestionably evoke street art. The colors and street art style of Muriel Deumie's creations are also reminiscent of the work of French artist Tony Tichene (1971).
