Biography
Gérard GUILLOT, self-taught French artist born in 1953, is mainly a landscaper who has been exhibiting for more than 20 years. Faithful to Provence where he lives, he works mainly with colored pencils. Constructed works where perspective and depth are expressed in a very personal technique which offers all the luminosity and warmth of Provence.
He is always inspired by a favorite landscape which remains a pretext for the evolution of his imagination. Nothing is spontaneous on the sheet, everything is calculated for line work combining perspective, framing and colors to sublimate your Provence!
