Biography
During a stay in Japan, he has just perfected his calligraphic and paper studies, which give his work a very particular pictorial profile. In the border area of figuration and abstraction, under a reductionism that borders on the limits of simplification, combines saturated colors and minimalist forms in order to study serially kaleidoscopic views and perceptions of the same concept. Isao Llorens treats with ingenuity and dexterity to nature and all those creatures that cohabit in it, and knows how to transform them into symbols of an existence.
