Biography
Özge Özbelge (born 1975, Ankara) is an Abstract Expressionist Turkish American painter and ceramics artist. She graduated with honors in 1997 from METU. She received her masters degrees from METU in 2000 and from Boston College in 2001.
Özbelge studied Fine Arts at NY Parsons School of Design in 2004. She studied Painting with John Silver, Vedat Örs, Özlem Üner and Tansel Türkdoan. She studied Sculpture and Ceramics with Morty Bachar, Mehmet Ylmaz, Gülistan Ertik, and Çada Erçelik. Her work was exhibited in one solo and nine joint exhibitions in Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey.
