Biography
Rennes-based photographer Stéphanie Molette (SimOne Pictures Factory) walks everywhere we paint and carries out a work of memory of abandoned places and the art that is there. She thus documented many wastelands and works that have since disappeared.
Gestures, details, decorations, frescoes and the artists who make them… Each image tells a little story and its images, more broadly, tell a piece of the history of graffiti. Through his reports, graffiti artists rediscover what they feel when they paint. This owes nothing to chance: Stéphanie is not only the artists, she is part of their world.
Self-taught artist, and in an eco-responsible approach, she also gives a second life to many objects intended for the trash: spray cans, caps ... The artist's tool then becomes his work.
