Ernesto Scudiero

Biography

Born in Naples in 1938 
Attended the Institute of Fine Arts in his hometown until the age of 18.
A few years later he moved to Livorno where he lives and works with the aim of enriching and perfecting his art and he naturalized.
He has worked and exhibited abroad with great success in America, in Elkart (Indiana), Miami (Florida) and Chicago (Illinois) where his paintings appear in a permanent exhibition at the Margie Art Gallery.
His works have been shown in Germany, Hamburg, Garmish and Munich, and in England in London and Waltham Abbey.
His name is mentioned in various magazines and art books, including 'Tuscan Painters'; 'International Art Market'; 'E 70'; 'Il Quadrato' and is also included in the ESSEX art book.
Among the many awards we should mention the gold medal obtained in Florence in the 1965 Michelangelo Prize, the silver medal from the Municipality in the 1966 Ponte Vecchio Prize and the Donatello Prize in 1967.
There are many paintings in private collections in Italy and abroad.
