Biography
Willow Banks is a painter and printmaker from Northern California. Her work, though largely abstract, evokes the landscapes and light of California's coastline and high desert areas. Her canvases impart a raw, gestural view of nature, where a sense of place and time can be found in the intersection of shape, line, and color.
She currently resides in the mountains of Colorado, at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Crystal Rivers. You can find more of her work online.
