Biography

New Orleans native Susan Wolfe Huppman studied Art History at Princeton where she also studied Critical Theory under David Shapiro, himself a student of Meyer Shapiro. She studied painting under Michael David, Harvey Quaytman, Heidi Gluck and Sean Scully, her advisor. She continued her art education at the Maryland Institute College of Art. She currently resides in the state of Maryland, US, on a small farm.
