Description
The painting is ready to hang, the painting has no decorative frame.
Children of Fire and New Hope is a painting filled with the symbolism of rebirth and resilience. The proteas, depicted in a pair, represent nature's ability to recover after the most destructive trials. Like the phoenix, these flowers are reborn after fires, carrying new hope and life.
The paired proteas symbolize strength and unity, reinforced through overcoming difficulties. The petals, resembling tongues of flame, continue to "burn," blossoming into new life. One flower is fully open, representing readiness for change, while the bud signifies a transformation still underway. Their duet highlights the connection between destruction and rebirth.
Warm pink and green tones, contrasted with the deep blue background, emphasize the hidden strength behind the apparent fragility. The painting invites the viewer to reflect on how challenges give rise to inner power and reminds us that in every moment of fragility, there lies the potential for renewal.
