Description
This captivating painting is distinguished by the verticality of its lines and the boldness of its chromatic palette. Three horizontal bands dominate the composition: a deep blue, a pure white, and a vibrant orange. The texture of the upper blue reveals vertical streaks, creating a fluid and organic dynamic that contrasts with the rigidity of the shapes. This interaction between movement and stability evokes a palpable tension. The orange, bright and vibrant, immediately catches the eye, adding an unexpected warmth to the overall piece. Below, another calmer blue band balances the composition, introducing a subtle serenity. This work is striking in its ability to marry emotional intensity with precise geometry, offering a visual experience that is both harmonious and intriguing. This morning at my window it was raining, beautiful streaks lit up the early morning, it was the end of summer.
